03/7/2007 Brian Graham is the new PDGA Executive Director
The Board of Directors of the Professional Disc Golf Association is pleased to announce the selection of Brian Graham of Augusta, Georgia as the new Executive Director for the organization. The selection was made as a result of a nation-wide search process, which began in November of 2006. "I am extremely honored and excited to have been selected as the new executive director of the PDGA. I look forward to devoting my full energy and passion for the game into promoting the sport and serving the members of the association." says

03/6/2007 The British Open Disc Golf Championship kicksoff 2007 EuroTour
Only a week after the start of PDGA US National Tour The British Open Disc Golf Championship, the British Disc Golf Association's most prestigious tournament of the year kicksoff 2007 EuroTour.
The British Open is a PDGA EuroTour A-Tier event and a USDGC & European Open Qualifier. Top 15 players who are not already qualified will gain an invite to the 2007 European Open in Tampere, Finland.
And the top 5 scoring players after 63 holes who have not already qualified will gain an invite to the 2007 US Disc Golf Championship in Rock Hill, South Carolina.

The mission of the PDGA US National Tour is to deliver on our membership's top requests of increasing sponsorship and publicity surrounding the sport of Disc Golf. The US National Tour has quickly become the premier professional disc golf tour in North America. 03/5/2007 David Feldberg won The Memorial
Over 200 world class pros from around the USA gathered to play the PDGA National Tour annual kickoff tournament, The Memorial in Scottsdale AZ. After a though competition 2005 USDGC Champion and 2006 European Open Champion David Feldberg top the field with a score of -17 under par and cashed 2500 US dollars. Ken "The Champ" Climo took second place with a score of -14 under par. Third was Steve Rico -12 under par and fourth Nathan Doss -10 under par. [ results ]

02/21/2007 European Open 2007 / President's Cup
European Open 2007 tournament was launched already at the opening ceremonies of the USDGC 2006 tournament. The price money of 4000 euros was announced fot the open division winner as well as a very nice complementary accommodation package for top three USDGC finishers.
