The European Open 2007 will be played on Par 61 Epilä Disc Golf Park in Tampere. This famous course is known from previous Championships and will face few minor updates for 2007 Open. It is easy to say that we will not see many under 50 rounds after playing there. In European Open 2006 a course record of 47 throws was made by David Feldberg. President's Cup The Disc Golf Presidents Cup, is the newest international disc golf event, founded in 2007. Presidents Cup origin was the idea to stage international matches between the best American professionals and Europeans. In 2006, aside of the inaugural disc golf European Open The Presidents Trophy -tournament was played. Immediatelly, it gained a huge interest between players and spectators. On wednesday August 22th at noon Press Manager and Tournament Director will organize a press conference in Hotel Ilves, Tampere. Press and media has a chance to meet President's Cup captains David Feldberg, team USA and Hans Tegebäck, team Europe and the top players in the world such as 2007 world champion Nathan Doss, USA, Markus Källström, Sweden and Timo Pursio, Finland.
